Copy Data From Master Sheet to Multiple Sheets

We have a time card saved in excel. This file has been in a local computer, which is not backed up. The file was modified a week ago but I was not notified until today. Long story short.. time cards are added when new employees are hired. We want the date, when changed on the master sheet to automatically transfer from the master sheet to all the other sheets in the same workbook, and decrement for the work week. For example, if the date is changed to "7/12/13" - Friday, this needs to be copied to all other sheets, and this needs to decrement to the starting date of that work week - i.e. 7/8 7/9 7/10 7/11 /7/12.

Do you have a sample file that you can upload?

To Attach a File:

1. Click on Go Advanced
2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
3. Click the button.
4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
5. Click the Browse... button to locate your file for uploading.
6. This will open a new window File Upload.
7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
10. Close the window and then click Submit.

I've attached the file I'm having this issue with. This is a timesheets for all employees but I only provided "x" and "y" employees. Changes/modifications should only be done on the master sheet, and changes to the master sheet should replicate to the rest of the sheets. This should also be done as new time sheets are created, not only for existing sheets.

The date on the top right, for example, can be 7/12/13. Changing this on the master sheet will replicate changes to the rest of the sheets. Also, when a date is placed in that field, dates should decrement where, Sat, Sun, Mon, etc. For example, if the date on the top right is 7/12/13, Friday will take the date as 7/12, Thurs: 7/11, Wed: 7/10, and so on. Again, this needs to be changed on the master sheet only, and changes should be replicated on all other existing and newly created sheets.
