How to display row value from one sheet another sheet with conditions

Hi,

I've been trying to figure out this one for quite sometime now. I need to display all "inactive company name from sheet 1 into sheet 2 either by a command button or as soon as I open the workbook. I tried using array but I can't seem to make it work. Maybe you guys can help me out. I attached the draft workbook I'm working on to give you guys an idea.

simplest way is to used advanced filter and record a macro then tweak it a bit, you'll need to add a criteria range like i have here in c1:c2
