Insert New Row below and keep formulas - macro

I'm looking for a code that will allow me to click a button to insert a new row and keep the properties of the row above.

For example. I have a heading at row A14, there are 5 'tasks' listed below (which take up rows A15 thru A19) I would like to have a button located within my heading row that will insert a row below A19 and will keep all the properties and formulas of row A19. However the next time the worksheet is open and used, if a new row is needed it would have to be below row A20 and so on. Also (if possible) cell A contains a "task #' when a new row is added (when clicking the button) can the next sequential # automatically be generated?

I will have multiple headings so i would like to have a button at each heading the will insert a row accordingly.

The attached sheet I have 3 headings made with the 3 buttons where i would like to have them. Hope this makes sense and would appreciate any help i can get!!

I would like to do something similar - create a button to add rows to the bottom of my data range, copying down formulas and formatting. Ideally, also have a window pop up and ask users how many rows they would like to add.
