Clear Content in one sheet and copy & paste value from another sheet

Hi,

I know the title sounds a bit confusing. All I need is a macro code to clear all the content from Worksheet Summary starting from row E26 to the end. And then go to sheet3268 copy values from column AR and paste it to row E26 of Worksheet Summary. I'm not a good explainer. So let me know if you need clarification.
