Referencing Cell Value from Variable Location

Hello,

I have to run a quarterly report in which the amount of data is different every time. Currently I have a macro going in which the report is run and does an initial sort to organize and group the data to my liking and then tables are filled in next to these groups of data to classify them and extract specific data from them. These tables have variable cell locations due to the variable amount of data from the report. I am wanting to total some of this data from my tables.

I have inserted some logic so that in another set cell it displays the range in which I am wanting to SUM and in another set cell it displays the cell in which I want this to insert this formula to SUM the data. I cannot use an INDIRECT here that I know of as the cell location in which I am inserting the formula is always different. I have summed up what I am wanting to do below.

WageSum is the cell location in which I am entering the formula and WageSel is the the range in which I am wanting to SUM. How can I reference the cell value of cell A2 from any cell location. Especially in this case in which I am using a LOOP.
