Appending multiple sheets into one excluding header cells

Hi,

I have been having some trouble trying to get this macro to work properly. It does what I want in the sense that it appends multiple sheets together, however it also copy's the header row along with it. I would like to combine the sheets with only header cells (filters) in row 1, not each time a sheet is appended. Below is the code that I have been working with. I believe I am close but am missing the line of code that will make it happen.

I have attached the workbook which requires combining of 5 sheets to 1 with only top row headers.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

This is working perfectly for me, except I need the headers (A1:Q1) from only the first sheet ("130520" in the original code) to be pasted in the new summary sheet. When I try to do this I get headers between the rows of different worCan you help me with that part? Been trying to modify the original code to no avail.
