Question VBA Code to align rows and remove blanks.

Hello to all, my name is Samuel Cruz...
Daily I generate a report that returns some rows miscontinued. For example:

Columns "A" to "H" in row 7 begin the data, and then data continue from columns "I" to "O" in row 8. I manually move data from Columns "A" to "H" in row 7 to Columns "A" to "H" to row 8 (Columns "A" to "H" in row 7 are now blanks). Then the row 7 goes all blank and delete it from database.

Is there a way or a VBA Code that can help me to perform the actions shown above with all the rows that contain miscontinued data. I am attaching a sample file with some miscontinued rows.

I will appreciate the favor because I work with 6000 to 7000 rows daily and will save me a lot of time.

    Sincerally...
    Samuel Cruz.
