Auto populate cells in one column based if cells in next column are populated

Hello,

Im trying to auto populate cells in one column based if cells in next column are populated...I have copied data from one sheet to another using the following code:

I have used AL1000 as im not sure how much data will be held but not likely to be more than 1000 rows... the data i want auto populated would go in into A2, A3, A4 ect depending on how many cells in B:B are populated. The data to be auto populated is copied from one cell on Sheet1 and replicated, however i cant seem to get this to work.

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

I am struggling to fully understand the criteria for the copy from Sheets 1 and 2 to Sheet 6.

Where the data in Sheet 2 is populated by data held in Google Drive the amount of rows of data that there will be is unknown, however all populated rows will need to be copied to Sheet 6.
The amount of times the data from Sheet 1 "D2" is copied into column A on Sheet 6 will depend on the amount of rows copied into Sheet 6 from Sheet 2 . So if there are 50 rows copied from Sheet 2 to Sheet 6 then Sheet 1 "D2" will be copied into Sheet 6 "A2:A51" as there are column headings but if only 30 rows are copied over from Sheet 2 on "A2:A31" on Sheet 6 will be populated by the data in Sheet 1 "D2".

I hope this is a bit clearer, sorry for any confusion.

Thanks for your response. In Sheet 6 Column A I have created a formula which populates column A with the contents of Sheet 1 D2 if Column B is populated. See sample attached (it covers 1000 rows).
