If Else Not Running Automatically

Hi,

I have created the following VBA Macro - when I execute the code manually it works but not automatically when the cells meet/do not meet the criteria.

What do you mean by "execute the code manually"? Perhaps try the Value property rather than Text. What is actually in your cells?
