Listbox Row Color, Columns Alignment, Columns Borders

Hello,

I have 3 issues regarding a Listbox that I would like to solve:

1) Is it possible to change the Forecolor of some lines in a listbox according to a specific If statement?
2) Is it possible to align the listbox columns in order to put the data in the center of them?
3) Is it possible to show the listbox with the columns separated by a border?

I've read that something can be done with the Listview but I cannot add it in Excel 2013.
