ListBox Help, showing checked values in another workbok

Can someone help me to show checked items in a listbox in another workbook?

What I want to do is have one workbook open, have a list box. Check what I want and then press a macro button and have that open another specific workbook, put the selected values into a range, and then prompt to save the newest opened workbook and close the first one without saving.

    Is this possible?

by checked you mean selected? There aren't any checkbox controls in a listbox.
    Thanks,

Then yes its possible. To create a solution we'd need specifics. You said open a specific workbook to paste the values, will it be the same workbook every time?

It would be easiest if you could redact any sensitive information and then attach the workbooks in question so we have something to work with.

If you want checkboxes in your listbox you'll need to use an ActiveX listbox with the multiselect property set to multi select and the liststyle property set to options.
If posting code please use code tags, see here.

I want to be able to press the button on the right and it will send the selected values to another worksheet, which it will open (via a path), paste them in the range of B24:B and then prompt the user to save the newly opened workbook, and automatically close the first workbook without making any changes.
