Find empty cell till next value merge or copy the respective cells in next column

Let me explain it in detail. So that you cal understand it better. I have tried in many wzys but it is not at all working.


I have a excel data sheet as like below
John a
b
c
Edison d
e
f

So Johns values are (a,b,c) and Edison values are (d,e,f)Hence I need all the values in one cell as like mentioned below

John abc
Edison def

My macro have to find john(this name may varry) and have to copy all data for john into one cell.

Kindly help me to sort this out.
