Import several rows from one workbook to same destination in another wb

    Hi guys,

I got my own VBA for dummies book but I really struggle with probably very basic stuff so I'd appreciate some help to get me going:

Q: I want to copy (or cut, doesn't matter) row 1 (A1:A500) to 500 from workbook "book1" stored here:"C:\book1.xlsm" and then paste the copied rows to workbook book2.xlsm stored here: "C:\book2.xlsm" starting at row 5

How to I code this? I'm aware that there are several threads covering similar questions like this one. However, most of them require far more advanced coding and I get lost along the way.

Therefore I just want to keep it simple for now and hopefully I'll learn after I get passed this ridicoluous first step.

I managed to fix this myself by just recording what I wanted to do with the macro recorder. I don't want to show the code since it includes some sensitive information but like I said, just record it and look at the code created.
