Copy/Paste multiple columns as values based on another columns criteria

I have a worksheet called "Test Log" with a "Y" in column A - starting in row 5...(A5:A)

For as far down as the "Y" goes (but no further) I want to copy and paste the formula as VALUES in column E, again starting in row 5...I need the formula to stay in place for any rows that do not contain "Y" in column A for future calculations...

I would like to offset this by 6 columns, 12 times.

Can anybody help, I cant figure it out !!

Thank you for any advice in advance

Re: Copy down formula in column X based on criteria in column Y

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Re: Copy/Paste multiple columns as values based on another columns criteria

Sorry, i have adjusted my original post

The formula in the columns are SUMIFs leading to a data sheet, as i remove older data i just want to be able to keep a copy of the result in these columns, hence needing values in only those rows...

    Thank you again Yudlugar,
