Argument List of UDF not Appearing in Cell

When calling a function with input variables required in Excel 2010, the argument list does not appear in the cell. While I can use the insert function wizard to show in what order the variables occur, I feel it would be much more helpful to have the arguments appear when typing the function name, as it does in the standard functions shipped with excel.
It is effectively the same problem as found in this thread http://www.excelforum.com/excel-prog...ng-in-udf.html in case my description is unclear.

That's disappointing. I guess I'll just try hitting CTRL+SHIFT+A after starting to type my function. Thank you for the quick response.
