Help with sending emails via outlook using VBA codes

Hi,

I have a file where i need to send emails to the recipients via outlook. There is some code which is already used in the file.
However, i need to change the way it works and i am a noob in VBA so please help me.

1.I need the file to automatically open when systems is on
2.Need to check on dates and if the date is less then 1 day then send email to the recipients with the subject as in col B.
3.Also help on the dates. these task are pending on a certain working day of the month. if it is possible to pick that date in other months.
