Compare and match the record in multiple Sheet

Hi Friends

I have an Requirment where there is two sheets;

Sheet1 has 2 same Records.. For eg below
Product no 100
Country Code 2014
Item A

Product No 100
Country Code 2014
Item A

Sheet2
product no 100
Cost Country Code 2000
Item A

Now What i need is I want to display the Record in Third sheet as below:

Product no Country Code Cost Country Code Item
100 2014 2000 A

Please help me if any one of you guys had worked in getting this...
