Macro that pastes from the clipboard into the next empty cell in a column

Hello all,
I'm back at it with ma project... Anywho, this time I can't seem to figure out how to make excel paste from the clipboard into the next empty cell in a column. For instance, I'm copying vertical data from an external source in chuncks that equal to 51 rows in Excel. How do I get Excel to paste into the next empty cell downward automatically so that I don't have to scroll down and select that cell?

I've already made the button with the run of the mill "paste" code, so I'm halfway there!!

Worksheet is "Billing", The starting cell is E4, and the range is E4:E300.
