Macro that imports >65000 lines from Text file problem

Morning all,

Now I am using Excel 2003 and it always fails at the BLUE text. Can someone tell me why and how to over come it?

I also tried replacing the ("TEXT") with ("F:\path\filename.txt") and still it fails. I need a code like this as the txt file I have is just short of 140,000 lines long.

Although this imports the file it does not break it into tabbed columns.

Sorry I didn't see anything in the original code that would do that, thought you just wanted it all in column A. Once it has imported the text file select column A, then use the texttocolumns tool with delimited and tab.
