change macro for sorting data to dynamic

Hi Guys,

I've recorded almost the perfect macro for the job but unfortunatly it doesn't work as a dynamic range. Does someone have idea's on how to make it dynamic (see below):

Assuming that the last row to sort by can be detected by looking UP column A from the bottom of the sheet to find the last row with data:
