From and to Date for given data

Hello:

Please refer to attached excel file.
Below task has been resolved.

Now i need to know the from and to date in cell G3:L3 for which the data in cell G4:L14 is calculated
For Example:

Value in cell G4 is the sum of M4:N4 so the value in cell G3 would be 1-2 (Date 6/1 to 6/2)
Value in cell H4 is the sum of O4:U4 so the value in cell H3 would be 3-9 (Date 6/3 to 6/9)
and so on...
