userform combobox to look at colomn and list all rows

this userform frmsearch looks up sheet3, the idea is someone can enter their name in combobox and it will list all items that they have,its combobox25 im lookin at ,at the minute ive only done 3 rows but as the combobox looks up names (there could be several of the same name)the items its listing are not the ones associated with their names,has anyone any ideas as to what ive got wrong ,
