Need folders copies into other folders based on excel list

1. I have a directory of folders with the part number as the name on each folder (1208 folders)
2. I have a directory of folders with the job number as the name on each folder. (88 folders)
3. I have an excel file that matches the job number to the part number.

Is it possible to query the excel file and find a specific job number, go to the job directory and copy the matching job folder and then query the excel file for the matching part number and go to the directory with the part number folders and paste the job number folder into the matching part number folder?

First post to this forum so I hope this makes sense, but fire away with the questions if it doesn't.

I had a long explaination but somehow it got lost so here is a truncated version.

Here is the example file with the excel file list that has the job number and the part numbers listed. I am hoping that the first job number on excel list can be used to find the corresponding job folder and copy that folder into the part number folder. The part number that matches the job number is shown on the same excel list.

Then go to the next job number and repeat the process.
