run subroutine

Hello,
I have one big proglem ...
- I have to read some data from external data source (no problem)
- some conditions (no problem)
- but if conditions are met I need to run subroutine ... and this is the problem, how can I run some subroutine which will be running until I say stop? Even if conditions which are not met anymore ... ?

or maybe my view on this problem is completely wrong and there is another solution ... hm?
