vba code to only show every nth row

What I am trying to do is, depending on a cell value that gets pulled from a metrics page (which will be, in essence, to check every 3rd set, or 4th set, or 5th set), only show every 3rd, or 4th, or 5th row within a range (data generally starts at a15 and goes down quite a ways).
eventually i want to delete the hidden rows (which i already have a code for), but for now i need to find a way to hide them.
