Post Multiple Lines added as Macro button

I am after a Macro button that will add a new result (3 rows with merged cells in the majority of columns) below the selected cell keeping all formulas, conditional formatting and data validation lists.

I have tried a few different codes but none seem to work as they lose one of the above features or only copy singular rows.

I have attached the spread sheet if you should need it.

Any help would be much appreciated
