in sale userform data manipulation

i have create sale userform. i want enter my sale and create a new sheet of my party name if party name sheet is not exist. if exist then send data .
all the thinks are done but problem is doen when i enter first sale then data is stored in my main sheet and created new sheet of party name and send data but at second time
it create second sheet and in first sheet data entry are repeated many times
