Macro to find blank cell below B9 and input formula

Basically I need the macro to create a new employee file and input data (formulas) on the overview screen which all works fine. However. The macro needs to be used over and over, keeping the old data (once pressed the New Employee name will be renamed making this possible). However I need the macro to keep moving down a cell so that data is not overwritten.

    Any help much appreciated.
