Count Occurence of Word and return it to cell in another sheet

Hi,

I want to Count the occurence of two words ("Yes" & "No" ) from Column G Say from G1 to G500 and
return the "Yes " count to cell in I42 Column in another sheet & "No" count to K42 column in another sheet
Thanks in advance for the reply..Kindly help me with VBA code to implement this logic. EX:

..............Column A...........................Column G

Row 1....Condition...........Output........Yes

Row 2....Condition............Input..........NO

Row 3.....Condition............Output........NO

Please attach a sample workbook with enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.
