Macro - Merge 16 sheets, first row problem on empty sheet. Please help.

Hello, i have a working macro whose job is to merge 16 sheets in a new sheet named "Master".

Everything working fine, except that if one of sheets is empty, copies the first row, but as everyone knows the first row is Headers and i don't wont to copy it.

I need assistance with this Macro: when a Sheet is empty by the second line and down I do not want to copy at all.


Please help me with this, i have attach a sample file with the macro on it.
As you can see in my Sample, the Sheet 9 is empty and if you run the macro you will see that in the last Sheet that macro creates, named "Master", at Row 29 copies the headers from Sheet 9, i don't want that.
