pivot table: display filter criteria

Hello guys,

I need a help with a code that would allow me to display in a single cell all filter criteria that were used in pivot table. I used Google but was only able to find a formula that would display applied criteria only if it is pointed to the cell with applied filter. However I need a code that would be able to find applied criteria and display them including column names where they are applied.

I would be so grateful for your help as I have been struggling with this problem since last week.

Please find attached an example.

So, based on this example, I would like to display in G5 that applied criteria are Seller: Amazon.com, Third Party and Product Line: Apparel&Accessories, Automotive, Baby.

I may have more than two columns with applied filters and more than three values selected in a single cell. It would be great if the vba code could handle at least five selected values in each column.
