sizing picture same picture in multiple sheets macro clean up

Hey all,

I have a macro to insert my company logo to multiple workbooks and sheets inside those workbooks,
however, I need to resize the image and the cell height only for a1.
Automation for the win.

What is the desired image size and cell height? And do you want the cell height to match the image height?

The height would need to be around 150. I actually need the cell height to be a little bit bigger, but that would be included in the 150. If needed I could probably figure out how to start my data on row 2 instead of 1. Just adding a logo for better appeal.
