Excel found Unreadable content in........xlsm do you want to recover contents of this...

i really need help, if anyone can, i searched all over the internet , Microsoft pages , the most of excel forum webpages,
i still cant find any clue,

i have an accounting and payment workbook, it has more than 15 worksheets , it is full of macros and modules... everything was working 100% fine,
i inserted 3 new sheets to do the "Registration", i wrote a macro to divide yearly fees to different number of payment every time where all payments are multiple of 10, still everything was working fine, till after final tuning of all the sheets, this strange warning message appear,

""Excel found Unreadable content in........xlsm do you want to recover contents of this workbook? If you trust the source of this workbook, click yes.""

after saying yes this error appear :
""Removed Records: Object from /xl/printerSettings/printerSettings66.bin part (Print options)""

NB: after editing the main sheet "Registration" the workbook did several "close and send error" message,
i tried opening the last working copy and enter the code while copy and pasting it from notepad ... but still same error...

i really need the help in it...thank you

Try saving it as another name - sometimes that works for me
