Need Excel to email parts of Spreadsheet

I would like this spreadsheet to email the address for a particular task when it is 10 business days out.
For example If Day 1 task is entered it will email the addresses responsible for Tasks 1-10. And then if we change a date, it will re-email the addresses further down the line.

Is this possible?

Will you be able to explain your objectives a little more elaborately like Step-by-Step.. It would help us understand better about your requirements. As of now, am just able to understand that you need to send out email communication to people for next 10 coming days after we specify a particular date. Also, what all contents you would want to send out - just the activity along with scheduled date?

Am sorry, am just not able to get a full idea about your needs..

Sorry, I work for a homebuilder and we need tasks to go in a certain order so let me try to illustrate it:

Day Date Task Trade Email
1 Jun14 Inspection City of Live oak [email protected]
2 Jun15 Insulation Johnson Insulation [email protected]
3 Jun16 Drywall Pete's Drywall [email protected]

So when the task ahead is a set amount of time ahead (like 10) we can send an email to the responsible party. And if something is rescheduled it will send an email to to the people down the line notifying them of the date.....like (Please reschedule (insulation) to (Jun 14). Hopefully this is something not too complicated to be impossible. I'm sorry I have not tried writing code and found this forum and hope somebody can help.
