Copy and paste discrete data based on cell value using VBA

hi
i have a list of merged tabs content with always the same structure. to process the data with a pivot table or other functions i need a list with specific cell values.
can anyone help with a vba code to get this job done? i am not used to writing vba but i guess this is the only way to do that. pls see attached example source and destination tab in file.
