Transposing data from multiple columns to selected columns

I have a fresh puzzle to solve - Can some one help in transposing data from multiple columns to selected columns while maintaining column properties with the following conditions:

1. Employee ID - in Text format
2. Record # - in Text Format
3. Date Worked - in Date "mm/dd/yyyy" Format
4. TRC - in Text Format
5. Hours Worked - in Number (2 decimal places) Format and leave out any dates with null data/Zero Hours
6. Name - Concatenate Last Name, First Name in Text Format
7. Authorized by - in Text Format
8. Prepared by - in Text Format
6. Pay Period Ending Date - User Defined or linked to Source worksheet cell # (Y1+14 days)
