Need help with a SORT Macro

I am trying to create a macro that will allow me to sort a spreadsheet going from A6 out to AZ6 and down a few hundred rows. I have some locked rows above and below this section. I currently use the Sort & Filter, but I want to be able to add information in the next empty row then use a SORT Command Button to place that information alphabetical order. Any suggestions?

This assumes you want to sort on Column A since you did not indicate what you wanted to sort.
