recognize clicked unknown optionbutton and return row number

A userform put data and an optionbutton (column A) in the same row as the data on a spreadsheet.

Challenge 1) link the optionbutton with that 1st cell of row

In order for the data to be processed into a report form in a 2nd spreadsheet "report", I have a commandbutton that is suppose to recognize the data from the same row as the optionbutton clicked and copy it into a master reportform.

Challenge 2) I have, is to code the "report" button to recognize the correct optionbutton since the optionbuttons are created continuously.

Below is the "report" command button up to now.

Will someone be able to assist me with this?
