How can I create a mask (Userform) to insert data?

    Hello,

I have a simple table with these column: Name, Surname, Address, Date of Birth, etc.

I would like to create a button which open a mask to insert the above data automatically in the table, without scrolling up and down in it.

I tried playing, being able to create the mask, but it doesn't work, the final command "OK" doesn't insert the data. I am sure it is a stupid thing, but I can't sort it out.

Could you please help me step-by-step?

(I have then another question about the export of the data to a word document in a specific "form", but it is another story...)

    Thanks!

It should be straightforward to write the data from the userform to the table, what have you tried?

Also, what do you mean by a 'mask' exactly?

Here you go try this. There is room on the form for additional fields.
