DTPicker Enabling

Hello -
I have a Date Picker that I wish to only Enable when a cell has a certain value. I've tried piecing together answers from similar questions on the forum, but it doesn't seem to work... I'm assuming I'm missing something critical. Can someone help me create (what I thought would be an easy) code?

All I need it to do is to Enable (or become Visible would work too) when A1 has a value of "x" (as in the letter X, in it)

so this get inserted on the worksheet of the cell you want to look at, not by inserting a module....hopefully that makes sense

you may get an error if DTPicker is not visable...you may need to declare it as a PUBLIC vs PRIVATE SUB
