How can my functional code be simplified?

I have written out some pretty convoluted code to do something that i'm sure is very simple if I were more familiar with appropriate syntaxes. I wondered if someone would take a look and re-write my code in a simpler format so I learn how to do things like this in the future more effectively.

The woorksheet adds score cards together to give a total average score for a sensory test. B8:B15 are used to input the results of each score card one at a time. These values are numerical and range from 1-9. After a score card is entered, a button press adds the scores to a chart (D8:L15) and clears the data entry cells to recieve the next set of scores.

The code works fine as is... it's just incredibly bulky.

I've also included a copy of my form in case it's easier for anyone to play with it themselves.
