Copying a formula dependant on a value in a cell

Is it possible to do the following with the enclosed spreadsheet?

I get a lot of these for pricing and am looking for a way to set up the pricing calculations.

So the sheet I would get would be like the one enclosed but could go on for anything up to 5000 rows.

The items I want to enter automatically are I1-04


And then copy E18 – O18, to every row where there is a value in column C.

At the moment I am copying I4 – O4 from a template sheet and pasting it.

And then copying E18 – O18 from a template and pasting it, I then filter the whole sheet to show all cells in column C with a value and paste the E18 row into them.
