Append comments to a cell which already has comments

Hi all

I have a piece of code which goes through a loop and if the condition is true I need to check for the existence of a comment in cell (B19) for example, if the comment is blank add a cell value from the the activesheet if it already contains a comment, append the cell value to the existing comment?

Any ideas?
