Pivot table macro works in 2010 but not in 2007

I built a macro in excel that works fine in 2010 but it is getting a runtime 5 error in excel 2007 when it tries to run the first pivot table (I am assuming the other 2 pivot tables will error out as well). I have highlighted the section of the code that errors out in the word document attached (page 5).
The third attachment is the export from our payroll system that needs to be pasted into the “Week ending labor check.xlsm” spreadsheet on the FTS raw data dump tab. Then it is just macro 1 after that.

Also why does the macro run so much slower in 2007 than it does in 2010? It’s almost like it gets hung up on a couple of the commands and takes more than 30 seconds to do a simple task within the macro.

    thanks in advance.
