Cumulative Sum

Hello

anyone can tell where I went wrong with this code ? I am trying to SUM($D$1:D15) but it is doing SUM($D$1:E15)

RC[-1] says stay in the same row, but move one column to the left. Since the formula is being written to column F, it results in column E.
