Send mail from excel with cdo

Dear Friends,
Since long time I'm trying to send the mail from outlook but unable to send it. So I decided to send the mail with cdo which I tried and found interesting and useful. I tried to insert my message code in it but fail to do it.

I'm attaching my outlook and cdo codes here to modify. I want to fit the code in this new cdo code to send the mail automatically on a birthday.

Please do modify the cdo code and solve my prolonged problem positively.

I want the date in center align and have a one line space above and below the date which I failed to do. Now the date is in left align. The font of message body should be 'comic sans, size 12. Don't change the font of quotation.

Here I'm attaching a excel file with my modification which is giving error. Please go through it and solve my problem by removing errors.
