I need to search for a word on multiple sheets and copy the entire row to a new sheet

Below is the code I am using. It works fine if I direct it to a singular page, but I would like it to look at all of my pages and them copy and past the rows that say fail to a new sheet.
This code is looking to the sheet called Lighhouse. I have sheets called Docsis,XM2 6 Batt,XM2 8 batt,XM2 3 Batt, XP batt, XM2 Batt. I hope someone will be able to guide me to the lines I need to add to make this work. The tab called Failed Test is where I run and populate the data. Thanks for any help you can give me.

You're welcome! But, I'm concerned about there being more than one "Fail" entry in a row - could that become an issue??
