VBA Code to open word and auto populate labels from excel?

Is there a way to write a code to auto open my saved Word template for labels and automatically carry out the mail merge commands to fill in my labels? Is it also possible to put a Command Button on the Word label template which would print my labels?

I can get my Ecel to open my Word template, but I can't figure out the VBA to automatically get the mail merge to execute all the way up to ready to print?

I am not great at VBA coding, so would it be easier to run it from the Word template and pull over Ecel, rather than Ecel to Word?
