    Failed Button

In the attached spreadsheet I am having a problem with the HrvSlct userform. I have a back button which is supposed to close HrvSlct and open the MchnSlct userform. But i get the error Compile error: Method or data member not found. And when i type in the code MchnSlct. the property list doesn't show show as an option which has me baffled since there isnt' anything different then what I have done before. Is there some property that I accidently clicked?

I erased the full code in the cell to see if that was in issue but that didn't help. What will be in this cell is:

    MchnSlct.Show
Hrvslct.Hide (Unload Hrvslct seems to work instead should I be using one or the other and could that be part of the problem?)

The code is incredibly simply which is what has me so confused.

    Thanks for the help!

Have you checked any code that's triggered by the form you are showing?

    eg Initialize or Activate

That might be where the problem lies.
If posting code please use code tags, see here.

    Re: Failed Button

The only code in the entire program currently switch back and forth between userforms. Even when they are all deleted the problem remains.

    Re: Failed Button

    Thanks,

I actually figured this out this morning in the shower. One of my labels had the same name as the userform which was overriding my code which isn't as specific as yours. Not sure how as I don't edit the names of labels unless I am going to use them in some way but I guess it wanted me to learn a lesson.

    Thanks again.
