Help matching cells and then looking at other column based on those matching cells

Ok I am going to try and explain what I want without being too confusing. Say I have 3 columns representing travel, the first being someones first name. The second will say either "AUTH" , "VCH" , or "LVCH" for Amount, Voucher, or Local voucher. and the third column will be a dollar amount. Each person listed should be listed twice with an Authorization and a Voucher or Local voucher. I am trying to find if each person is listed more than once, if they are, do they have both an authorization and a voucher and then if they do I want to subtract their dollar amounts in the 4th column. If they are only listed once. I want to list their Authorization amount. I hope this is making sense. The bit of code I have written below flags the Names listed more than once but how do I now look to see if each of those has an AUTH AND a vch/lvch?
